Can I place my order without registration?

Yes, you can still add items into the cart without register as a member in order to enjoy the shopping in our online shop.

How can I update my personal/contact information

After login, you can go to "My Account" by clicking on the top right corner (where your login name displays) to add/change your display name and contact information over there.

Return and Exchange

What should I pay attention to before returning?

The goods must be returned to our Customer Service Department within seven days after delivery. We reserve the right to reject the request of return/exchange of goods returned more than 7 days after delivery. 

How to return / exchange if the goods are found damaged?

If you find the goods are damaged, please record the damage by photos and contact our customer service representative. Once the claim is confirmed eligible, we will arrange replacement with a new item or exchange. 

Please retain all the packing including the original products packaging, product labels, tags for return or exchange.  Please ensure all the packaging is in good condition including the product labels and tags. Any damage or folds will be deemed as non-returnable.

Meanwhile, good is non-returnable if it had been opened, used or damaged by personal reasons. Please note that one single order can only be returned once.



What should I do if I am not at home when the package is arrived?

If you are not available to sign off your order, our delivery staff will leave you a contact method. Please contact our customer service representative directly in order to arrange the next delivery.  

We will make 3 delivery attempts. All payment is non-refundable after the 3rd failed attempt at delivery.
